Shipt, a leading same-day delivery marketplace, today announced it will begin same-day delivery of an assortment of groceries and household essentials from Target and Rouses Markets in Lake Charles, Louisiana, starting Oct. 25. Shipt is also expanding delivery options in North Shore, Louisiana, which originally launched in April of this year, giving nearly 25 zip codes access to same-day delivery from Target and Rouses Markets across both markets.

Cumulatively, this expansion gives 200,000 households in Louisiana access to products delivered by Shipt in as little as one hour. Shipt members will be able to shop fresh foods and household essentials from both retailers, in addition to an assortment of product categories unique to each. To celebrate the announcement, new Shipt members in Louisiana who sign up before launch will receive an annual membership for $49 (regularly $99).
